Collin Johns and Len Yang beat Hong Kong's Eunggwon Kim and Hong Kit Wong 11-3, 8-11, 11-5 on Thursday at the Hang Seng Bank Hong Kong Slam 2026. That puts them in a Men's Doubles quarterfinal on Friday against Collin's brother Ben Johns and Gabriel Tardio, the top seeds, who beat Luc Pham and Will Mackinnon 11-2, 11-5.

The two pairs come in with titles from this season. Ben Johns and Tardio won the Men's Doubles at the MB Hanoi Cup in April, 11-0, 7-11, 11-6 against Hayden Patriquin and Federico Staksrud. Collin Johns and Yang won it together at the Panas Kuala Lumpur Open, the Singapore Open and the Skechers Shenzhen Open.

Wong is the last Hong Kong player left
The doubles loss ended Wong's week with Kim, but not his singles. He lost the first game to Francis Chi 11-8, then won the next two 11-0 and 11-2. Nok Yiu Tang, who lost to Chao Yi Wang in the Women's Singles, went out of the Women's Doubles with Wang as well: Mari Humberg and Cailyn Campbell beat the seventh seeds 11-3, 6-11, 11-4. That leaves Wong as the only Hong Kong player in any of the five draws.
