Kaitlyn Christian (USA) survived a swing in momentum against Andie Dikosavljevic (AUS), winning 11-4, 2-11, 11-4, and meets Roos van Reek (NED), a multiple PPA Tour Australia gold medalist, for Women's Singles gold.
Ben Johns (USA) and Alshon beat Zane Navratil (USA) and Armaan Bhatia (IND) 11-6, 11-2 to reach a Men's Doubles final against sixth seeds Tyson McGuffin (USA) and Eric Oncins (BRA). Danni-Elle Townsend and Nicola Schoeman (AUS) followed Friday's upset of the top seeds with a place in the Women's Doubles final, where they meet Christian and Chao Yi Wang (TPE), who came from a game down to beat Sahra Dennehy (AUS) and Aiko Yoshitomi (JPN) 8-11, 11-1, 11-6. Alshon and Christian have not dropped a game together in Mixed Doubles either, beating Dennehy and Santhosh Narayanan (USA) 11-5, 11-5. They face Johns and Anna Bright (USA), who beat the Truong siblings 11-8, 11-5.

The finals
The Men's Singles final pits Alshon's PPA Tour experience against the reigning Hong Kong Open champion and the region's favourite. Johns and Bright are chasing a first title together after losing the 2024 LA Open final in their only previous outing. The Women's Doubles final has its own underdog angle: Townsend and Schoeman, who knocked out PPA Tour No. 2 Bright, against second seeds Christian and Wang. In Men's Doubles, two new pairs meet: Johns and Alshon against McGuffin and Oncins.

Neither triple crown happened. Alshon beat Wong 11-9, 11-5 for the singles gold and Christian beat van Reek 11-4, 11-4, then Christian and Wang won Women's Doubles 11-6, 14-12 over Townsend and Schoeman. But Johns and Bright beat Alshon and Christian 11-2, 11-3 in the Mixed Doubles final, and McGuffin and Oncins won a marathon Men's Doubles final 11-5, 13-15, 11-9 over Johns and Alshon. Two golds and a silver each for Alshon and Christian; a gold and a silver for Johns on his Asia debut.
